Your First Visit
You can expect your first visit with us to last about an hour or an hour and a half. After a full set of digital X-rays and intraoral photographs, we’ll discuss your health and dental history and discuss your concerns and oral health goals. We’ll complete your checkup with a comprehensive oral exam including a periodontal health analysis, tooth-by-tooth inspection, oral cancer screening, and an assessment of your bite (occlusion) to check for signs of TMJ dysfunction.
Dr. Morgan will review all of the information we gather and you will be encouraged to become an active participant in your treatment planning. Please ask questions and share your thoughts as we create a custom dental plan that makes you feel confident and comfortable.
Before you leave the office, we’ll schedule your next appointment, either for hygiene, treatment, or for your next checkup.

We accept other dental insurance, and are happy to verify your benefits before you arrive. Please call our office for more information prior to your appointment.
Payment is expected at the time of service, including co-pays. We always strive to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible; however, dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider. We will work with your insurance to maximize your benefits, but please understand you will be fully responsible for any uncovered portions of your treatment.
Our practice accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) as forms of payment.
We are happy to work with patients who do not carry dental insurance and have partnered with CareCredit or Lending Club to provide financing for your dental work. You can apply quickly and easily online at CareCredit.com/apply, and lendingclub.com/apply or ask about it at your next visit.
As an added benefit, we offer a 5% discount for patients who choose to pre-pay for services of $1000 or more.
