Enhance youR Smile
What do you think of when you see someone with a beautiful smile? Is it confidence, or maybe youth? Independent studies have shown that people with brighter, whiter, straighter smiles are not only perceived as more self-assured; they are seen as happier, more intelligent, and even wealthier. If you want a smile that says all the right things about you, and opens doors in your personal and professional life, it’s time to talk to Dr. Morgan about cosmetic dentistry.
At Hampton Roads Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, we blend the art and science of dentistry for gorgeous, healthy smiles. Dr. Morgan continued her education at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute, which means she has special training in esthetics to provide you with natural-looking enhancements. Using only the finest products and materials, we provide cosmetic dentistry that’s not only attractive, it’s designed for longevity, too.
Our cosmetic dentistry procedures include:
If irregularly shaped, chipped, or overlapping teeth keep you from smiling, Dr. Morgan can reshape your teeth with cosmetic recontouring. By artistically sculpting a tiny amount of the natural enamel, we create a pleasing, uniform look that makes teeth appear straighter and more attractive. Comfortable and quick, we can often make big changes to your smile in just a single visit.
For a tooth that is compromised beyond a filling, but doesn't need a full crown, we offer porcelain onlays. Handcrafted at a trusted dental lab, onlays match the shade and shape of your tooth. Durable and strong, porcelain onlays offer a beautiful option to revitalize teeth while preserving your all white smile.
For some patients, a "gummy" smile hinders their confidence. Don't worry, you're teeth aren't too small. Your gums simply extend farther down the tooth structure and we can change it. Dr. Morgan performs cosmetic gum recontouring using a soft tissue laser to reshape the gum line and reveal more of your teeth. It's a comfortable procedure that provides an instant transformation.
Tooth decay happens to the best of us, even when we brush and floss like champs. And though cavities are a common problem, that doesn't mean we have to use the common solution - dark metal amalgam fillings. Dr. Morgan chooses only premier dental materials, including composite resin for tooth-colored fillings, to restore health and keep your white smile bright.
If cracks, chips, and deep stains on your front teeth keep your lips tightly sealed, ask Dr. Morgan about cosmetic bonding. We'll use a putty-like composite resin to build up the affected tooth, then gently buff and polish your smile back to perfection. Less expensive than porcelain veneers and completed in a single visit, cosmetic bonding is a great option for many of our patients.
