Dental Insurance:

We will gladly accept and electronically file your dental insurance. We are participating providers with Delta Dental, United Concordia and Cigna.

We also accept other dental insurance companies, call the office and we can help you better understand your benefits. Payment of a patient's insurance co-pay is expected at the time services are rendered. We will always strive to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible; however, dental insurance is a contract between you, the patient, and the insurance company.  You should also receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance carrier detailing their payment amounts. We will always work with you and your dental insurance company to maximize your benefits for your dental health

Payment plans:
Not all of our patients have dental insurance. We are able to work with our patients who require extensive treatment in developing a payment plan that is right for them. Our office is pleased to offer financing through Care Credit.

Pre-payment courtesy credit:
As an added benefit for our patients, we are happy to offer a 5% courtesy credit for all cases that are pre-paid. This is available to all patients whose treatment investment exceeds $1000.
